Jazmine “Jay How” Howard is a community builder, entrepreneur, educator, ministry leader, wife, mother, and creative visionary who has learned firsthand what it means to carry many roles at once. She is the founder and CEO of Hot Mom & Rich Auntie Network, created for women who spend their lives pouring into everyone around them but still need a place where they can be poured into, too.
Her story
She built the room she needed.
Jay’s life has never fit neatly into one box. She is an educator by profession, an entrepreneur by nature, a leader in children and youth ministry, and a woman who has continued building businesses, serving families, creating experiences, raising her children, growing in marriage, navigating loss, and discovering what purpose looks like in real life — not just on paper. That lived experience is part of what birthed HMRAN.
Jay understands the woman who loves God and still has big goals. The woman building the business while raising the children. The woman showing up for everybody else while privately trying to figure out what she needs. The woman who can lead a room and still need a safe place to take off the cape. The woman who is growing, healing, becoming, rebuilding, dreaming, and doing her best to remain obedient to what she knows she has been called to create.
Instead of building another space where women are expected to perform, Jay wanted to build one where women could become. Through Hot Mom & Rich Auntie Network, she creates intentional experiences where faith, sisterhood, business, personal growth, honesty, laughter, networking, healing, and purpose are allowed to exist in the same room.

Creating rooms that matter
Experiences people can actually feel.
Jay is passionate about creating experiences people can actually feel. Through HMRAN, she has hosted intimate women’s gatherings and brunch experiences centered around connection, faith, breakthrough, conversation, and community. As the brand continues to grow, that vision is expanding into larger brunches, conferences, retreats, prayer gatherings, coworking experiences, and member-only events through The Well.
Her goal is not simply to put people in a room. Her goal is to create the kind of room women leave different from how they entered it. A room where somebody feels seen. A room where a friendship begins. A room where a business idea gets spoken out loud for the first time. A room where someone realizes she is not the only woman navigating her season. A room where women can laugh, pray, build, connect, heal, and dream together.
More than a founder
Beneath every title is a woman still becoming.
Outside of HMRAN, Jay is also one of the owners of Allure Luxury Braiding, a beauty company focused on creating an elevated, faith-centered luxury braiding experience. She is an educator who stepped into the career she went to school for and discovered another part of her purpose through teaching and impacting children. She also serves in ministry leadership, helping develop environments where the next generation can know God in ways that are engaging, relevant, and applicable to their everyday lives.
But beneath every title is simply a woman who is still becoming. Jay does not lead HMRAN from the position of having everything figured out. She leads from experience. From building. From starting over. From loss. From obedience. From motherhood. From marriage. From entrepreneurship. From the moments when life required her to keep moving while also learning how to be still. And from the realization that strong women need community, too.
Why The Well?
Women were never designed to continuously pour without being replenished.
That belief became the foundation for The Well, the private membership community inside Hot Mom & Rich Auntie Network. Inspired by the imagery of a well-watered life, The Well gives women somewhere to return to consistently — not just for one great event, but for continued prayer, encouragement, relationships, resources, accountability, conversations, and sisterhood.
Because the brunch may end. The conference may end. The event may end. But community should continue. Jay’s vision is to grow HMRAN into a global community of women who are spiritually grounded, personally fulfilled, professionally equipped, genuinely connected, and confident enough in who they are to pour into the women coming behind them.
Because well-watered women water other women. And sometimes, even the woman everybody else comes to needs somewhere to come and be filled.
